Game worn white jersey of Matyáš Šapovaliv worn during 2022 World Junior Champiobship played in Edmonton and Red Deer in Canada unconventionally in the middle of summer because the regular date was stoped acording to the covid-19 pandemy. Czech team made it to the semifinals but ended up at 4th place after semifinal lost against Canada and bronze game lost against Sweden. Czechs wore the white jerseys in group games against Latvia and Finland and also in the semifinals game against Canada. Šapovaliv wasn´t part of the original team in December as he was only 17 years old in that time but he made it to the team for summer tournament after he was drafted by Vegas Golden Knights as 48th overal. He was 18 in that time so he was still very young for U20 championship and started the tournament in the 4th line but gradually he moved to the top line where he played the most important games at the end of the tournament.

The jersey made by Nike has few heat pressed details (main logo including letters, numbers, nameplate latters) and also few sewn patches (sponsor logos on both sleeves and IIHF logo on the back). Nameplate is sewn on extra stripe of material. Jersey has a fight strap.

Despite the fact it was worn only in 3 games it show some nice wear. There are several puckmarks on the left sleeve and an unrepaired hole on the right sleeve. There are also several stickmarks around the jersey, one is nice vissible over the sponsor logo on the sleeve.
