The Tackla tags on the collar and weight of the mesh indiciate that this jersey is from 1991 and there is evidence of a nameplate being attached. It is not a South Korea senior men's jersey as the #14 for the senior men's team was Lee Su Kang who was the captain at the 1991 IIHF World Championships and there is no evidence of a "C" being sewn on the front of the jersey.
