The 1993 World Juniors in Gavle, Sweden were a disappointment for the Russian team. They finished sixth just out of relegation after winning the gold medal the previous year in Germany. Andrei Yakhanov played in all seven games for Russia scoring zero goals and adding 3 assists. This Tackla jersey is easily identifable by the fact that it has the TOYOTA sleeve advertisments which were only used at the 1993 World Juniors Pool A.
