Game worn away jersey of Kladno captain and cult player Jozef Zajíc from 96/97 czech extraliga season. This was the last season when Kladno played with name "Poldi" and its iconic logo which was used from 1960´s and Kladno players reached the biggest achievements with Poldi lady on the chest.

Club logo and numbers are sublimated, all sponsor logos are sewn on as they were aded during the season. Only Staropramen patches were on the jerseys in the first game. Nameplate and captain "C" are also sewn on. Jersey has double material on elbows.
