Game worn home jersey of Milan Nový junior from HC Velvana Kladno from Czech extraliga 97/98. Those are the firt jerseys with new club logo of penguin. Nový only played 2 games this year (one home, one away) and he spent most of the season in junior league.
Whole jersey is sublimated except of "Staropramen" patches on sleeves. Sleeves are doubled and the jersey was later used by Kladno youth teams so it has really heavy wear and lots of repairs.
