Game worn home jersey of Petr Kasík from HC Vagnerplast Kladno from Czech extraliga 00/01. Kasík came back to Kladno after 3 years in german lower leagues. This jersey is quite unique as most of the jerseys from this set were edited with new ironed sponsor logos and were used in upcoming summer Tipsport Cup.

Whole jersey is sublimated, only the "Reebok" logo on the chest is ironed and the nameplate is sewn on.
