Game worn home jersey of Petr Vampola from HC Vagnerplast Kladno from Czech 1. liga (Czech 2) from 02/03 season. Kladno relegated in 2002 to the lower league but imediately came back in 2003 qualification. Vampola was there for a loan from České Budějovice just for the qualification where he played 3 games as Kladno had a lot of injured players. This jersey was also worn by Filip Vaněček during the regular season who wasnt part of the team during play offs and qualification. So his jersey was given to Vampola.

Whole jersey is sublimated, only the nameplate is sewn on over the sublimated nameplate of previous player.
