Game worn home jersey of Petr Tenkrát from HC Sparta Praha from czech Extraliga 11/12. This was the first full season in Extraliga after more than 10 years for Tenkrát after few years in NHL and very succesfull career in Finland. Tenkrát made 48 points in complete 52 games of regular season, Sparta won the trophy for winner of the regular season. Tenkrát also joined the national team for EHT series and even for World Championship where the czech team won bronze medals (Last medal for Czech team on top national tournaments.

Almost all of the details on the jersey are sewn patches: club logos, numbers, nameplate and the LG sponsor logo. Other sponsor logos are printed to the jersey, only Česká Pojišťovna logos on the sleeves are printed but sewn because the company changed its logo during the season so every club had to cover it by new logo or make a new jerseys. Alternative captain "A" is ironed, jersey doesnt have fight strap. Its probably the last season before Sparta started to use fight strap on the jerseys,
