1988/89 AND 1989/90 game worn jersey. This is the first league mesh jersey in Dukla Jihlava's history. Made by Albert Müller, Dübendorf, Switzerland. Albert Müller was an ice hockey specialized supplier also for ARTIS icehockey sticks and TACKLA mesh jerseys. His jerseys were all made and branded YVETTE in Italy. This particular jersey was used for two seasons without any changes in design or colours. Both seasons 1988/89 and 1989/90 were similar - a collector only would be able to tell the difference when checking the rosters. The specialty of this jersey is that Ervin Mašek played with number 20 in the highest Czechoslovak league. Here we see his jersey with number 13 and international nameplate without czech diacritic. This one was used on all international games and tournaments. Dukla Jihlava played almost as much games abroad as in the league as the club was one of the biggest names worldwide back in the days. Ervin Mašek a forward born in 1967 in Šumperk played 4 seasons between 1987/88 - 1990/91 with Dukla Jihlava and won the Czechoslovak Championship in 1991. He moved to Germany and stayed there and called his career a day in 2013.
