Except of 1 game previous year this was the firt season for Huml in NHL after 4 years spent in North Americe in junior BCHL and AHL. Huml played 41 games for Boston this season and got 17 points for 6 goals and 11 assists. He also played 30 games in regular season + 4 in play offs for Providence in AHL. The upcoming season was the last for Huml in North America in the lockout year 04/05 he came back to Europe where he later become a legend of finnish Kärpät Oulu and also played many seasons in czech Extraliga.
