Game worn jersey of Patrik Machač from HC Energie Karlovy Vary from Generali Cup 2020. Machač came to Karlovy Vary after his hometown club Kladno was relegated into the lower league. Unfortunately Machač was kicked out before the league even started as the team took some players from AHL which was stopped because of the Covid pandemy. So he only played the pre season tournament a friendly games. Karlovy Vary rebranded their logo and jersey during the summer so this was the very first set of Karlovy Vary jersey in the new design.

Whole jersey is sublimated and it has fight strap.
