Game worn alternative home jersey of Jan Eberle from HC Škode Plzeň from czech Extraliga 20/21 season. This was the last season for Eberle in PLzeň befor he moved to Mladá Boleslav. He had 15 points (5+10) in 45 games of regular season and 1 point (0+1) in the play offs qualification which wasnt succeesfull for his team and the season was over for them before the quarterfinal started. This black set of jerseys was used by Plzeň in home games against othe teams with blue/white color combination to distinguish the teams better. Plzeň used the alternative set against Brno, Liberec and Vítkovice.
