Game worn jersey of Michael Frolík from HC Rabat Kladno from 2005/06 czech Extraliga season. This was the second and till these days even last season for Frolík in Kladno first team. He played mostly for the A team (48 games - 2+7) but also for juniors where he became the champion with Kladno and also he had the most assists in play offs and was a big part of the team succes. He also started on U18 and even U20 world championships, he won bronze medals with czech team on U18s. After this season he moved to the North America to start to play in QMJHL before he started his long NHL career in 2008.

Jersey is mostly subimated but the club logo on the chest and also number on the back are sewn patches. Nameplate is also sewn but the letters are sublimated. Those were the very fist modern jerseys of Kladno with patched logos and numbers, almost every czech team used all sublimated jerseys those years. The jersey shows tons of wear as it was used by Kladno youth teams in upcoming years. Nameplates were removed from all jerseys from both sets, so the nameplate there is restored.
