Game worn away jersey of Jiří Sekáč from HC Sparta Praha from czech Extraliga 12/13 season. Sekáč was member of team HC Lev Praha in KHL, Lev cooperated with Sparta and was sending there players for a loan, this was also the case of Sekáč. He played 26 games (0+1) for Lev and 21 (4+6) for Sparta in regular seasons, he was back in Lev for the play offs where he added another 3 games. He also played several friendly games for national team that year. For the upcoming season Sekáč was one of main parts of Lev team and he is one of a few players who plaed for Lev all 3 years of that organization, first in Poprad and both in Prague. Later he used to play even in NHL and than came back to several russian teams of KHL.

Jersey has a lot of patched details like all club logos, number on the back and the chest. Sponsor logo on both shoulders are sewn but not patched. Nameplate is attached by velcro and numbers are ironed as the jersey had to be changed for Sekáč quickly so he got a jersey no 7 which was originaly made for Yorrick Treille and it also has his name on the tag and his printed signature on the chest. Jersey also has fight strap.
