Game worn jersey of Petr Hořava from HC Slovan Ústín nad Labem from 11/12 czech 1. liga season. Hořava played partly for Třinec in extraliga (23 games - 0+4) and Ústí in lower league (24 games - 3+10) in regular season. For the play offs he was only in Ústí and played there 16 games (3+4). Ústí made it to the final after won series against Třebíč and Jihlava but they lost the final series in 7 games against Chomutov which became the new member of the top league later.

Whole jersey is sublimated. It has the decorative lacing in the neck.
