Game worn set 1 jersey of Petr Hořava from HC Slavia Praha from czech Chancle liga 19/20 season. Slavia used the set 1 jerseys for the cca first half of the regular season before they had to change it because of the new general sponsor. Hořava came to Slavia after a succefull season in Kladno where the club promoted to the top league but Hořava did not fit to the top league team so he stayed in the lower league and played for Slavia. Hořava played 51 games of regular season (0+5) and 2 games (0+0) in play off qualification before the season was canceled because of the covid pandemy. He retired after that season.

Jersey is mostly sublimated, only the club logo on the chest is patched. Jersey has doubled sleeves , fight strap and also the decorative lacing in the neck.
