Game issued jersey of Martin Frolík from the golden season 10/11. This set of jerseys was prepered for the team but never used. They were using similar jerseys with some orange details. This set was later used as a preseason jersey before 11/12 season but Frolík wasnt the member of the team anymore so the nameplate was covered and it was used by different player. This was the first and only year for Frolík in Košice after many years in Kladno. He won the champions title in Košice and came back to Czech extraliga to play for Litvínov.

Whole jersey is sublimated, it has fight strap.
