Game worn away jersey of Jan Piskáček from HC Sparta Praha from czech Extraliga 20/21 season. It was the last season for Piskáček in Sparta, he was an alternative captain this season. He totally played 24 games of regular season as he was injured same as some seasons in Sparta before. He played in the first half of regular season and than came back to the very last game of Sparta in play offs after he was an healthy scratch for several games before. After the season he moved to České Budějovice after 8 years spant in the capital playing for Sparta.

Jersey has a lot of patched details as club logo, number on the back, alternative captain´s "A" on the chest and nameplate letters. Also some ads are sewn on, it is exactly "Billa" on the chest and also "Sencor" and "Louda Auto" on the back. Those sponsor logos are not patched, just printed on an extra materieal and sewn on the jersey. Jersey has fight strap and decorative lacing in the neck, also the custom label behind the neck.

Jersey shows some wear on the sleeves even it was used just in the part of a season caused by a long time injury of Piskáček. It is signed on the back.
