In any case, it is a jersey model "Nagano", with which the Czech national team played at the 1998 Nagano Olympics, 1998 World Championships in Switzerland and 1999 in Norway. Since 2000, the IIHF logo has been added to the back and the manufacturer's label inside the jersey looked different (there was also a small Made in Canada label). Not only the national team, but also the juniors or the team at the Universiade in Zakopane played with this jersey model.
