Game worn jersey of David Růžička from HC Grotto Prešov from slovak Tipos Extraliga 21/22 season. Prešov returned to the top league after more than 20 years and they signed Růžička after he already spent several years in Slovakia playing for Zvolen and Košice. This set of jerseys was worn during the second half of the regular season and also for the play offs qualification round against Spišská Nová Ves (3:0) and quarterfinals where Prešov lost against later champions of Slovan Bratislava (0:4). Růžička played 47 games of regular season (0+12) and all 7 games of postseason (1+2). He became the most penalized player of the team with 95 PIM total.

Jersey is mostly sublimated with several patched details as a club logo on the chest, numbers on the sleeves and also on the back. Sponsor logo of "INTRAVENA" is sewn on extra material as it was added during the season. Jersey also has a fight strap.

The jersey shows some wear on both sleeves. Fight strap is partly ripped of probably as a consequence of one of the "fights".
