Game jersey, worn by forward David Volek in 1995/96 season. This is the last match jersey of the successful striker in his career in elite competitions.

David Volek returned to Sparta after his time in the NHL. But due to back pain, he could only play 5 games and had to end his career. He also collected five points in the mentioned five games...

In the following years, he played less than 3 dozen matches in lower competitions, but health problems did not allow him to continue.

Jersey is mostly sublimated with sewn nameplate (different material, heatpressed letters) and stitched embroidered "Staropramen" patches.
